Refund Policy Overview

  • Service fees for EU ETIAS applications are non-refundable.

  • EU authority ETIAS approval costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable per government policy.

  • If the ETIAS application service is cancelled or not completed, service fee refunds may be possible, but valid reasons and a request period are required.

Refundable Conditions

  • Refund requested before travel: A 100% refund will be processed.

  • Refund requested after visa approval: A 100% refund will be processed based on the amount excluding government fees and bank transfer charges.

  • Service Not Provided: If the ETIAS application service was not provided or processed due to company error, customers may request a full refund.

  • Incorrect Service Delivery: If a clear error occurred in the company's processing related to customer-provided information, a full refund is available.

  • Cancellation Request: If a customer cancels before the ETIAS application is processed, the service fee can be refunded.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Visa issuance rejected due to customer's personal reasons.

  • Visa rejected due to false or insufficient document submission.

Refund Procedure

  • Submit Refund Request: Customers must submit refund requests via email (support@euetiasapplication.com).

  • Refund Request Details: When requesting a refund, provide applicant name, application number (if applicable), and reason for refund.

  • Processing Time: Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Refund by Payment Method: Refunds are made through the payment method used (credit card, electronic payment, etc.), and refund timeframes may vary by payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • ETIAS Application Approved: Service fees are non-refundable if the ETIAS application has been approved or is being processed.

  • Customer Error: No refund for issues caused by incorrect or erroneous information provided by the customer.

  • Personal Reasons After Application: Refund requests due to personal reasons (travel schedule changes, trip cancellation, etc.) are not accepted.

  • EU Authority Decision: No refund is provided even if the ETIAS application is rejected by EU authorities.
